ANSWER
Only equation (ii) is nonlinear, because it squares the derivative . Equation (i) is linear and time-varying, and (iii) is linear and time-invariant. Answer: (C) (ii) only.

Linearity test for a differential equation: the system is linear when the output and each of its derivatives appears only to the first power, with no products of these terms and no nonlinear functions of them. The coefficients may depend on . That only makes the system time-varying. It does not make it nonlinear.
Equation (i): . The coefficient multiplies , which appears to the first power. Suppose solves the equation for input and solves it for . Differentiation is linear, so substituting gives on the left. Superposition holds, so (i) is linear and time-varying.
Equation (ii): the term squares a derivative. Let solve the equation for and solve it for . Substituting gives which is not in general. Scaling also fails. Substituting gives , and this is not unless , or . So (ii) is nonlinear.
Equation (iii): has constant coefficients and every term is first-degree in or its derivatives. So (iii) is linear and time-invariant.
Only (ii) fails the linearity test. The only equation that does not describe a linear dynamical system is (ii), which is option (C).
KEY IDEA
Linearity depends on how the dependent variable and its derivatives appear. Each must appear only to the first power, with no products or nonlinear functions of them. A coefficient that depends on time, like , makes the system time-varying but leaves it linear.
WATCH OUT FOR
Marking (i) as nonlinear because of the coefficient, which leads to option (A). A time-dependent coefficient breaks time-invariance, not linearity. Superposition still holds for (i).
