By accessing or using the IAE Academy website (iaeacademy.com) or enrolling in any of our programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, students, and anyone else who accesses our website or purchases our services. IAE Academy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of our services after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

IAE Academy provides the following educational services:

• GATE Coaching: structured online and offline preparation programmes for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), covering multiple engineering disciplines.
• IT Training: industry-focused software and technology courses designed to support career transitions and upskilling.
• Career Counselling: one-on-one guidance sessions to help students identify the right educational and career path.

The scope, duration, schedule, and pricing of each programme are described on our website and in the enrolment documentation provided at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update course content to keep it current and accurate.

To access paid course content you must create a student account and complete enrolment. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any other person
• Notify us immediately at contact@iaeacademy.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

Each enrolment is for a single individual student. Sharing account access with others is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your enrolment without a refund.

Course fees are displayed on the relevant course pages at the time of enrolment. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due at the time of enrolment unless you have opted for an EMI or instalment plan as explicitly offered for a specific programme. We accept payment via the methods available on our checkout page (UPI, net banking, cards, and select EMI options through our payment gateway).

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload, share, or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform or another user's account
• Disrupt or interfere with the security or availability of the website or services
• Record, reproduce, or redistribute live classes or recorded sessions without our written permission
• Engage in any form of academic dishonesty or assist others in doing so
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other students or IAE Academy staff

Violation of this code of conduct may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account at our discretion.

All course materials — including but not limited to video lectures, PDF notes, practice question banks, mock tests, slide decks, and written content — are the intellectual property of IAE Academy or its content partners, and are protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

Your enrolment grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive personal licence to access and use course materials for your own educational purposes during the enrolment period. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials in any form
• Upload materials to any third-party platform, file-sharing site, or social media
• Use course materials for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on our content without express written permission

IAE Academy provides education, preparation tools, and guidance. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:

• A particular rank or score in the GATE examination
• Admission to any specific IIT, NIT, or other institution
• Placement or employment in any company or role

Results depend on the individual student's effort, aptitude, and external factors beyond our control. Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IAE Academy, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students via email or an in-platform notice. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revision constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
